Ruth ails from Ugunja sub-county in Siaya county and is 26 years old. She began her early schooling in Siaya and on completion she proceeded to Maseno University to pursue Bachelor’s degree in Language and Communication with IT where she graduated with a 2nd Class Honors Lower Division. She’s worked as a clerk of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries commission in the 2022 general elections in Ugunja constituency. She is highly competent, well -organized and with excellent communication skills. Ruth Seline Anyango Ogutu is a progressive-minded person and in tune with new developments in any field. Moreover, other personal skills that She possess include teamwork, leadership, enthusiasm and critical/analytical thinking. Ruth joined GLOBCOM in February 2023 as an intern.
