GLOBCOM is a Sub-recipient of the Global Fund HIV prevention program, NFM3 July 2021 to June 2023, through the Kenya Red Cross Society (the Principal Recipient) and is implementing the program in Alego Usonga sub-county in Siaya county. The objectives of the program are in line with the goals of the Kenya AIDS Strategic Framework II which aims to deliver a HIV free society in Kenya by reducing new HIV infections by 75% and reducing HIV related mortality by 50% by the year 2023.
