When GLOBCOM's mobile HIV testing team reached her village, Jane Achieng's life changed forever. Today she volunteers to bring others forward for testing.
Our Mission: To mobilize resources, establish and strengthen systems that promote community wellbeing through evidence-based health interventions.
GLOBCOM delivers targeted interventions across five thematic areas that address the root causes of poor health and vulnerability in our communities.

Community-based HIV prevention among adolescents, discordant couples, and PMTCT services. Linking at-risk individuals to testing, counselling, and treatment.

Using sports, arts, and innovation to promote behavior change among youth. Equipping young people with skills, mentorship, and opportunities for a productive future.

Comprehensive support for Orphans and Vulnerable Children — ensuring access to education, healthcare, psychosocial support, and family-based care systems.

GLOBCOM — Global Communications Institute — is a youth-led NGO founded in 2005 in Siaya, Kenya. We work with communities to strengthen health systems, empower youth, and support vulnerable populations.
