What We Do

GLOBCOM's four thematic areas and active programs address the root causes of poor health and vulnerability in our communities.

Our Core Programs

Primary Health

Primary Health

Accessible, affordable primary care at the community level — health education, outreach programs, and disease prevention to reduce morbidity and mortality, especially among vulnerable populations.

Health System Strengthening

Health System Strengthening

Enhancing capacity and resilience of health systems — improving infrastructure, workforce development, supply chains, and data-driven decision-making for equitable service delivery.

Social Security

Social Security

Promoting social protection mechanisms that safeguard the well-being of vulnerable individuals — linking communities to healthcare, education, food security, and livelihood programs.

Institutional Development

Institutional Development

Strengthening internal systems and partner organisation capacity through governance, staff training, financial management, and locally owned, scalable program implementation.

Current Projects

Active initiatives where GLOBCOM delivers evidence-based interventions on the ground.
